Does the flow transfer function within a generic node still ‘loose’ water from the model, or can I now account for this ‘lost’ water within a secondary link?

MUSICX has the same underlying science as MUSIC 6.3. The next release of MUSICX will allow you to capture lost flow using split flow functionality.
